• Collect official quotations and assist in evaluating bids and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with commercial representatives and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and dispatch them to vendors after obtaining the necessary approvals.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Train division staff and other employees on purchasing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Build and maintain effective cross-departmental relationships while demonstrating excellent customer service.
