Senior React Developer

We are looking for a Senior React Developer to join our engineering team. You will lead the development of high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly applications using React and modern frontend technologies. This role is perfect for someone passionate about writing clean, maintainable code and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain advanced React applications with reusable components.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Optimize web applications for maximum performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior/mid-level developers.
• Stay up to date with React ecosystem trends and emerging frontend technologies.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional frontend development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Deep understanding of React hooks, lifecycle methods, and functional components.

Strong understanding of Git workflows and agile development practices.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
