About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior React Native Mobile App Developer who can own the full app development lifecycle – from sprint planning, execution, testing, and deployment to both App Store & Play Store. You’ll play a key role in driving technical decisions, mentoring mid-level developers, and delivering high-quality apps with minimal handholding.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead end-to-end mobile app development using React Native.
-Plan and execute sprints in an Agile environment.
-Manage testing, debugging, and deployment on TestFlight & Google Play Console.
-Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for streamlined delivery.
-Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
-Mentor and guide junior/mid-level developers.-Ensure app performance, scalability, and security best practices.

Requirements:
-3–4 years of proven experience in React Native app development.
-Strong expertise with iOS & Android deployment processes.
-Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, TestFlight, and Google Play Console.
-Ability to make independent technical decisions and work with minimal supervision.
-Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery.
-Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
