You’ll lead the development of high-impact apps that power digital banking experiences, from onboarding and KYC to secure transactions and real-time notifications. What You’ll Do

• Architect and develop mobile banking apps using React Native , TypeScript , and Expo SDK
• Build secure authentication flows using biometrics , Firebase Auth , and eKYC integrations
• Lead sprint planning, manage Jira boards, and mentor junior developers
• Integrate payment gateways , transaction modules , and real-time notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging
• Refactor legacy codebases to meet modern security and performance standards
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless financial experiences
• Ensure compliance with app store guidelines and manage deployments via EAS
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and technical workshops

What You Bring

• 6+ years of experience in React Native development, with a strong focus on fintech or secure applications
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript , TypeScript , and mobile architecture best practices
• Experience with Redux Toolkit , React Query , React Hook Form , and SOLID principles
• Proven ability to lead projects from scratch and manage cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with GraphQL , Nexta , and Directus for content and transaction management
• Strong understanding of data security , OOP , and design patterns
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
