Job Description

The First Sol (TFS) is seeking a talented React Native & Web Lead to oversee and guide our development team. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage complex projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the web and mobile (React Native) development team
• Provide technical guidance and ensure best coding practices
• Solve complex technical issues with strong problem-solving skills
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and team performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project delivery

Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in React Native and Web development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:
