Job Profile

Sr. React JS Developer : Years Of Experience : 5 to 8 Years

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Next JS.

· Lead and nurture a team of developers, encouraging high standards in code quality, collaborative code reviews, and adherence to agile practices.

· Experience with backend development using languages and frameworks like Node.js.

· Hands-on experience in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services into applications.

· Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, for collaborative development and code management.

· Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a logical approach to finding solutions and debugging issues.

· Knowledge of UI/UX design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

· Experience working in agile development environments, embracing iterative development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications or similar technical discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Sr. React JS Developer; demonstrated success developing a variety of software systems while taking on increasing responsibility for analysis, design, implementation, and deployment tasks with support.

Specific Knowledge/Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Degree Master's in Computer Science / Information Technology plus 6 + years of industry experience.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
• Extensive knowledge of React tools such as Webpack, React.js and Redux.
• Strong command of the NodeJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript languages and their nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
• Proficiency in CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and modular CSS (CSS Modules).
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and performance optimizations.
• REST API knowledge, the document request model, and offline storage.
• Ability to identify with Full Stack clients' goals and commit to delivering on the promises you and your team make to them.
• A positive outlook and a go-getter attitude.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across frontend and backend components, providing timely resolutions.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools like Git, Visual SVN.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, suggesting and implementing improvements.
