We are a fast-growing international home healthcare organization with active operations in Dubai (UAE) and a rapidly expanding technology and digital operations hub in Mumbai. Our platforms support doctor-on-call services, nursing care, lab tests, IV therapy, mobile apps, and internal operational systems.

We are building scalable, high-performance healthcare technology platforms, and we are looking for an experienced Senior React.js Developer to play a key role in this journey.

Role Overview

As a Senior React.js Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and maintaining enterprise-grade web applications. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, product managers, and mobile teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.

This is a hands-on senior role with ownership of frontend architecture, performance, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend Development & Architecture

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications using React.js
• Architect reusable components, hooks, and frontend frameworks
• Implement responsive, mobile-first UI designs
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility

Performance & Code Quality

• Optimize application performance (lazy loading, memoization, code splitting)
• Maintain clean, modular, and well-documented code
• Enforce coding standards, linting, and best practices
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Integration & APIs

• Integrate REST APIs and backend services efficiently
• Handle authentication flows, role-based access, and data security
• Work closely with backend teams (Node.js, PHP, Python, etc.)

UI/UX Collaboration

• Translate Figma / Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect UI
• Work with designers to improve usability and accessibility (WCAG standards)

Deployment & DevOps Support

• Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
• Assist in deployment processes and production issue resolution
• Ensure application stability and scalability

Required Technical Skills

Core Skills (Must-Have)

• React.js (5+ years hands-on experience)
• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / SCSS / Styled Components
• Redux / Context API / Zustand or similar state management
• REST API integration (Axios, Fetch)
• Git, GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket

Advanced / Preferred Skills

• Next.js (SSR, SSG, ISR)
• Performance optimization techniques
• Jest / React Testing Library
• Webpack / Vite / Babel
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with healthcare or enterprise-scale platforms (preferred)

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
