At Engage Properties, we don't operate like a traditional brokerage. We never set out to be one.

We built a structured real estate advisory platform in Dubai, one focused on luxury residential, portfolio acquisitions, and corporate finance-driven property transactions. Our world is advisory, capital strategy, and intelligent deal structuring. We work alongside high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and strategic investors who expect nothing less than data-driven insight and disciplined execution.

Now, we're expanding, and we're looking for serious operators to join us.

But let me be clear about who this is for.

This is for experienced advisors and commercially sharp professionals who are currently generating, or have the genuine capacity to generate, a minimum of AED 100,000 per month in commissions. People who run their own client book, or are ready to build one properly. People who are hungry, disciplined, and don't need hand-holding.

We're also open to non-traditional professionals, individuals already embedded within strong high-net-worth networks who want to develop a real estate practice within a structured, credible system.

If you need to be managed, motivated, or chased, this isn't the right platform.

You are independent in drive, but supported in execution.

What we expect:

Proven Dubai real estate experience or genuine access to strong HNW networks. Professional maturity. Sharp negotiation skills. Fluent English, additional languages are a strong advantage. And above all: self-managed, accountable, and performance-focused.
