Senior Real Estate Agent (Female)

Job Description:
JV Lands Marketing is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate sales and strong client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and convert inbound and outbound real estate leads
• Deal with residential and commercial property sales
• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
• Prepare sales reports and update CRM regularly

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of property market trends
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• Professional attitude and customer-focused approach
