Role Summary:
DRE Homes is seeking a high-caliber Senior Real Estate Agent to join our elite Core Team. This is not a typical real estate role. You will work directly alongside the CCO, gaining privileged access to off-market premium listings, vetted fresh leads, and strategic deal support. Your primary focus will be closing high-value transactions while the CCO ensures your pipeline remains full.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of real estate sales experience in the local market.
- Proven success in selling premium, off-plan, or luxury properties
- Valid real estate broker license
