Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Senior Real Estate Agent. The Senior Real Estate Agent will oversee sales, leasing, off-plan and secondary investments, and responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and ensuring a seamless process for buyers, sellers, and landlords.

Qualifications:

• Experience in property sales, leasing, and portfolio management
• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and client relationship management
• Understanding of the Dubai real estate market, off-plan investments, and market trends
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in CRM tools and other real estate management software
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience to support junior team members
• Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification
