Job Purpose
The Senior Investment Analyst will support the Private
Investments team across the full investment lifecycle; sourcing, evaluating,
executing, and monitoring real assets opportunities globally and within the
UAE. The role involves underwriting global funds and co-investments, evaluating
direct acquisition opportunities, supporting asset and portfolio management,
and driving investment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Investments (Direct & Indirect):
Assist senior team members with transaction execution,
including analysis, documentation support, deal structuring and coordination
with advisors.
Work with internal departments (legal, finance, strategy)
and external parties throughout the investment process.
Support negotiations through preparation of analysis,
benchmarking, and scenario evaluation.
Conduct sector, market and macroeconomic analysis to help
identify trends and inform investment strategy.
Maintain databases, market maps and research to support
opportunity screening and portfolio understanding.
Conduct research and analysis across a range of real assets
sectors.
Support evaluation of fund, co-investment, and direct
investment opportunities.
Assist in developing investment committee memos, financial
models and valuation analyses to assess potential investments.
Portfolio & Asset Management:
Support ongoing monitoring of existing investments across
multiple portfolios.
Analyze performance trends and prepare periodic reviews and
reporting packages.
Assist in developing asset-level business plans, budgets,
and long-term forecasts.
Monitor progress of operational initiatives and help
identify value-creation opportunities.
Reporting & Operations Management:
Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual reporting
cycles.
Maintains & supports in the preparation of reporting
materials, as well as Board / IC presentations
Assists in preparing the annual budget and long-term
business plans, incorporating existing asset performance, new investments and
strategic priorities
Qualifications & Experience
2–3 years of experience in real estate or real assets
investing, investment management or related fields.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, real estate, or a
related discipline; progress toward CFA/CAIA preferred.
Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and deliver under time
pressure.
Strong command of English; Arabic is a plus.
