is expanding, and we are looking for a polished, client-focused advisor to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with strong experience in consultative sales, premium client relationship management, high-ticket closing, private banking, wealth advisory, luxury real estate, or investment-related sales.
Job Description

Advise high-net-worth individuals, investors, business owners, and families on residency and citizenship by investment programs.

Understand each client’s personal, financial, family, mobility, and investment goals.

Present suitable global residency and citizenship solutions in a clear, professional, and compliant manner.

Guide clients through high-value decisions with confidence, credibility, and discretion.

Build long-term trust with premium clients through consultative, relationship-based selling.

Support clients from the initial consultation stage until signing and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities

Conduct professional consultations with qualified leads and potential clients.

Identify client needs, goals, eligibility, investment preferences, and long-term plans.

Present suitable residency and citizenship by investment programs clearly and confidently.

Explain program benefits, investment requirements, timelines, eligibility, risks, and process stages.

Manage client follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, meetings, and CRM updates.

Handle objections related to timing, investment value, trust, risk, comparison, and exit strategy.

Coordinate with internal legal, processing, and international teams.
-
Maintain accurate client records, lead status updates, and next steps.

Support clients throughout the sales journey until successful signing and onboarding.

Represent Globevisa Egypt with professionalism, discretion, and strong brand alignment.
Requirements
-
3–5+ years of experience in consultative sales, premium client advisory, investment sales, luxury real estate, private banking, relationship management, immigration consulting, or high-ticket sales.

Preferred background in
premium banking, private banking, wealth advisory, luxury real estate, international property sales, investment advisory, relocation advisory, or luxury client services
.

Strong experience dealing with HNWIs, investors, business owners, or premium clients.

Proven ability to close high-value deals or manage long-cycle sales conversations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong English and Arabic communication skills.

Professional appearance, emotional intelligence, discretion, and strong follow-up discipline.

Ability to work with targets while maintaining a premium advisory approach.
-
Additional certifications in
sales, negotiation, high-ticket closing, wealth management, investment advisory, or client relationship management
are highly valued.

Knowledge of residency and citizenship by investment programs is a plus.
