Senior Real Estate Sales Executive

Job Details:


Handle incoming client inquiries professionally and convert them into successful sales opportunities.

Present real estate properties to clients, clearly explaining features and matching options with client requirements.

Prepare sales contracts, agreements, and all required documentation for property transactions.

Guide clients through legal and administrative processes related to buying and selling real estate.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, including negotiations and follow-ups.

Represent the company in a professional manner and maintain a strong presence in the real estate market.

Ensure a smooth, organized, and customer-focused experience throughout the entire sales process.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support repeat business and referrals.

Monitor market trends and provide feedback to support sales strategy and pricing decisions.

Job Experience Requirements


Completed higher education qualification.

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.

Strong negotiation skills with the ability to represent company interests effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Professional appearance and conduct.

Results-driven mindset with flexibility to adapt to client needs and market conditions.
