Senior Salon Receptionist – Luxury Beauty Salon, Dubai - JLT - Dubai | Full-Time | Immediate Start

We're a busy, high-end beauty salon with a team of 12 looking for an experienced Senior Receptionist to be the face of our brand.

You must have:

• 3–5 years' experience in a luxury salon, 5-star hotel, or premium spa environment
• Exceptional phone and WhatsApp etiquette
• Strong scheduling and appointment management skills
• Experience handling invoices, supplies, and cash reconciliation
• Proven ability to upsell, cross-sell, and sell packages, naturally and confidently
• A talent for motivating and supporting a busy team
• Immaculate personal presentation

The role includes:

• Managing bookings across a 12-person team
• Delivering a five-star client experience from first contact to checkout
• Driving reception sales KPIs and promoting packages and promotions
• Stock and supplies management
• Daily admin, invoicing, and end-of-day reconciliation
