About the role:
We are seeking a
Senior Recruiter
to join our
on-site team in Karachi
—someone with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially in hiring
digital marketing, creative, and IT talent
. In this role, you will lead hiring for internal positions as well as provide support for global client roles. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, mentor junior team members, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.

What you’ll be doing:

Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for internal and client roles, with a strong focus on marketing, creative, and digital talent.

Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles such as social media managers, designers, content specialists, PPC experts, and more.

Collaborate with department heads and clients to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.

Oversee and refine recruitment processes to improve efficiency and quality of hires.

Manage candidate pipelines through the ATS and maintain detailed documentation.

Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding handovers.

Mentor and support junior recruitment team members.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience.

Stay updated on marketing industry trends, tools, and best practices in talent acquisition.
Who are we looking for?

2–4 years of proven experience in recruitment, including marketing and creative roles (agency or in-house).

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and hiring best practices.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaborate within a fast-paced team environment.

Comfortable working on-site from 11 am to 8 pm PKT.
