Key Responsibilities

  • Team Handling (Tele-Recruiters):

o Supervise and guide a team of tele-recruiters to meet hiring targets.

o Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion rates.

o Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.

  • Recruitment Data Management:

o Maintain and update recruitment databases (ATS, Excel, HRMS).

o Generate reports on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).

o Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

  • End-to-End Recruitment:

o Post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage offer letters.

o Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements.

  • Team Training & Development:

o Conduct training sessions for tele-recruiters on sourcing techniques, interviewing skills, and compliance.

o Organize workshops on HR policies, tools, and industry trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
