Senior Recruiter

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts across various departments, driving the acquisition of top-tier talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives. Your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating will be instrumental in building a high-performing workforce. Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting processes for a wide range of roles, including technical positions, executive roles, and campus recruitment initiatives.
  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing ATS platforms such as Lever, Workday, iCIMS, and other HRIS systems like PeopleSoft and SAP.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate effective candidate evaluation processes aligned with employment law and company policies.
  • Negotiate employment offers and contracts while ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide strategic talent management advice.
  • Utilize social media management tools and cold calling techniques to generate leads for passive candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS systems like Taleo, UltiPro, or Salesforce; track recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing efforts.
  • Support onboarding activities such as employee orientation and assist with employee evaluation processes to ensure smooth integration into the organization.
  • Stay informed on HR sourcing trends, labor law updates, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role with a focus on technical recruiting, executive search, or campus recruitment.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating job offers and managing complex contracts within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, or Workday; familiarity with HRIS platforms like PeopleSoft or SAP is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in sourcing through social media channels, cold calling prospects, and leveraging research techniques for lead generation.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates at all levels of seniority and across diverse backgrounds.
  • Familiarity with employment & labor law regulations and internal recruiting policies to ensure compliance throughout the hiring process.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in candidate evaluation and documentation.

Pay: $58,398.39 - $70,329.24 per year
