The Senior Recruiter is responsible for supporting the organization’s salaried, office, professional, and hard-to-fill recruiting efforts across all locations, while assisting in recruitment for the shop roles when needed. This role partners closely with leadership to support workforce planning, recruiting strategy, sourcing initiatives, and overall recruiting process effectiveness.
This position focuses heavily on proactive sourcing, pipeline development, candidate experience, and recruiting process coordination and tracking while helping improve overall recruiting throughput and responsiveness to the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Recruiting & Sourcing

Lead recruiting efforts for office, salaried, professional, and hard-to-fill positions across all company locations

Assist with shop roles as needed

Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for critical and future hiring needs

Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, industry groups, and other recruiting channels

Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and recruiting priorities

Support workforce planning discussions and long-term recruiting strategies
Recruiting Coordination & Process Management

Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications throughout the hiring process

Maintain applicant tracking systems, recruiting workflows, and recruiting documentation

Assist with job postings, requisition management, and recruiting process organization

Ensure recruiting processes remain efficient, timely, and candidate-focused

Support recruiting process improvements and standardization efforts
Candidate Experience & Hiring Support

Serve as a primary point of contact for salaried and professional candidates

Ensure timely communication and follow-up throughout the recruiting process

Support offer coordination and onboarding communication as needed

Promote a professional and positive candidate experience
Reporting & Recruiting Analytics

Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, candidate flow, sourcing effectiveness, and hiring trends

Assist with recruiting reports and workforce planning analytics

Identify recruiting challenges and recommend process improvements
Community & Workforce Partnerships

Support development of recruiting partnerships with colleges, technical schools, workforce agencies, and professional organizations

Participate in networking events, recruiting events, and workforce development initiatives

Support employer branding and recruiting outreach efforts
Required Qualifications:

7+ years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or recruiting coordination experience

Experience recruiting for salaried, professional, or hard-to-fill positions

Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and organizational abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities and recruiting processes simultaneously

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms, preferably UKG Ready

Manufacturing or multi-site recruiting experience preferred
