The Role

Key Accountabilities

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
• Deliver end-to-end campus/early careers recruitment with strong advisory support and on time delivery.
• Lead discussions on attraction strategies and align hiring approaches with market insights and business needs.
• Collaborate with leads & managers to strengthen stakeholder relationships through consistent engagement.
• Track recruitment funnel metrics to identify gaps and proactively implement solutions.
• Work with campus recruitment teams to deliver high-quality shortlists through to Assessment Centre completion.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience, from interview and assessment stages through onboarding, partnering with onsite coordinators and offshore teams.
• Maintain accurate and real-time updates of candidate pipelines and requisition statuses across all systems and trackers.

Skills & Requirements

Key Responsibility (Non-Negotiable):

• Mandatory experience in Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) + Early Career Campus Hiring (ECC).
Must be open to working from the client site in BKC, Mumbai.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum 5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience with strong specialization in Campus / Early Careers hiring.
• Strong understanding of talent attraction strategies and early‑career engagement initiatives.
• Proven experience in volume hiring with the ability to manage high-intensity recruitment pipelines efficiently.
• Ability to deliver quality outcomes with strong compliance while working under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for effective candidate and business engagement.
• Proactive, approachable, and driven mindset with strong relationship-building capabilities.
• Strong data management and reporting skills; Excel proficiency is essential.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools, recruitment systems, and digital hiring platforms.
• Experience in managing campus events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
