Ideal Background

We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:

• Experience in the legal or financial services sectors (in-house, law firm or advisory)
• Previous exposure to headhunting, executive search, or full-cycle recruitment
• A track-record of working with international firms, or across cross-border markets
• Demonstrated sales, business development, or strong communication & negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships with top-tier law firms, financial institutions and specialist practices
• Source, assess and engage high calibre legal candidates for global mandates (associates, mid-level counsel, partner/team moves)
• Lead full-cycle recruitment assignments: brief → research → candidate engagement → placement
• Drive business development: market mapping, competitive intelligence, networking and building a global talent pipeline
• Work in partnership with our senior team to deliver strategic search mandates to the highest standards of confidentiality, compliance and client service
