We are actively looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the team in Dubai.

You should have IT recruitment experience, ideally in the UAE market but if not then in a mature market such as UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada or Australia and be comfortable working in an office.

You will either have 360 IT recruitment experience, able to identify and win desirable new clients as well as identify, attract and manage high-level IT professional candidates, or have 180 candidate sourcing experience with the desire to move into a 360 Consultant role in the future.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new client/business relationships
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Advise on and sell the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates
  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Manage the recruitment process through the interview to offer stage and aftercare
  • Negotiate compensation packages and finalise arrangements between client and candidate
  • Network to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
Qualifications
  • Experience working in a similar role in the UAE and/or another mature market
  • A strong and proven track record in sales, networking and/or client development abilities
  • The ability to overcome objections and be persistent
  • The ability to identify high-level candidates matching to the client's requirements
  • A strong and proven track record in candidate management through the recruitment process to closing the deal
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and accountable
  • A passionate desire to succeed and build a successful career
  • A winning mentality
  • Exceptional English language skills are essential
  • Arabic speakers would be desirable
