We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to deliver end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization, covering all seniority levels and multiple business functions. This role will work closely with Hiring Managers and Business HR to ensure timely hiring, strong candidate experience, and consistent selection standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment across junior to leadership roles and diverse functions

Lead and support Emiratization hiring initiatives in line with organizational and regulatory requirements

Partner with Hiring Managers and Business HR to define requirements, timelines, and sourcing approach

Source candidates using appropriate channels (direct sourcing, databases, referrals, job boards, vendors)

Act as a consistent point of contact for candidates to ensure a professional candidate experience

Shortlist and interview candidates using structured/competency-based techniques

Participate in selection panels/technical interviews with line managers

Manage salary discussions aligned with internal approvals

Maintain accurate requisition tracking, pipelines, and weekly recruitment updates

Build and maintain talent pools for recurring and critical roles

Ensure documentation and process compliance throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Coordinate with the Junior Recruitment Specialist on interview logistics, travel, and onboarding support

Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and market mapping when required

Contribute to improving sourcing strategies, recruitment channels, and cost efficiency
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

7 - 10 years' experience in full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

Solid experience in competency-based interviewing and salary negotiations

Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery

Strong organization, reporting, and process discipline

UAE market experience preferred
