Mills Recruitment is Australia's leading boutique recruitment firm, with a strong presence across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. As we expand into the Middle East, we are seeking an ambitious, high performing Senior Recruitment Consultant to establish and grow our UAE & Middle East operations.

About the Role

• Establish Mills Recruitment's footprint in the UAE, representing the brand across the Middle East.
• Grow and manage a portfolio of clients across key sectors (construction, engineering, mining services, facilities management, logistics, trades, corporate).
• Lead full cycle recruitment across permanent roles (initially).
• Build long term, trusted relationships with clients and candidates.
• Identify business opportunities and drive revenue growth in a high potential market.
• Collaborate closely with the Mills Recruitment leadership team across Australia, New Zealand and APAC.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years' recruitment experience (agency or executive search).
• Proven track record of winning business and managing end to end recruitment projects.
• Strong understanding of the UAE or GCC market - or a strong desire to relocate and build a long term presence there.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the hunger to grow a new region from scratch.
• Exceptional relationship building, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently while being part of a high performing international team.
• Experience in heavy industries, trades, construction, mining services or technical recruitment is highly regarded but not essential.

Location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi (preference for Dubai). Hybrid and flexible work arrangements available.
