Senior Recruitment Operations Consultant (Remote)

GR8 Connect is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Recruitment Operations consultant to join our growing team remotely from Pakistan.

This role is ideal for someone who understands recruitment operations, enjoys improving processes, and can support both existing client accounts and the launch of new recruitment niches. You will play a key role in helping streamline operations, improve performance, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve recruitment operations and internal processes
  • Support and manage existing client accounts professionally and efficiently
  • Research, map out, and help launch new recruitment niches and markets
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes
  • Oversee performance management systems and annual appraisal cycles
  • Design and implement training and development programmes
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Partner with leadership on organisational planning and change management
  • Monitor team productivity, workflows, and operational performance
  • Help create scalable systems and SOPs for long-term growth

Requirements

  • Previous experience within recruitment, recruitment operations, HR operations, or talent management
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and operational improvements
  • Experience managing employee relations and performance management
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
  • Experience supporting multiple accounts or departments is preferred
  • Knowledge of UK recruitment processes is an advantage
