Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruitment Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment processes and support organizational hiring goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple roles
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Negotiate salary and finalize offers
- Maintain recruitment databases and reports
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures
- Mentor junior recruiters and support team performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle bulk and niche hiring
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
