Senior Recruitment Specialist - Energy/Power

Black Pearl, a specialist recruitment firm in the power/energy sector has been assigned to assist our client in recruiting for a well experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist.

The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization's direct hiring capability and reducing dependency on external recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities

• Building strong talent pipelines for current and future projects
• Sourcing candidates through multiple channels beyond LinkedIn
• Managing full-cycle recruitment activities
• Ensuring candidates are updated throughout the hiring process
• Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Supporting recruitment process improvement and ATS utilization
• Managing technical and engineering recruitment campaigns

Requirements

• Strong recruitment experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure, EPC, engineering, or industrial sectors
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
• Experience managing technical and engineering roles
• Good stakeholder and candidate management skills
• Independent, proactive, and delivery-focused
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience using ATS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
