Black Pearl, a specialist recruitment firm in the power/energy sector has been assigned to assist our client in recruiting for a well experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist.
The selected candidate will play a key role in strengthening the organization's direct hiring capability and reducing dependency on external recruitment agencies.
Responsibilities
- Building strong talent pipelines for current and future projects
- Sourcing candidates through multiple channels beyond LinkedIn
- Managing full-cycle recruitment activities
- Ensuring candidates are updated throughout the hiring process
- Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders
- Supporting recruitment process improvement and ATS utilization
- Managing technical and engineering recruitment campaigns
Requirements
- Strong recruitment experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure, EPC, engineering, or industrial sectors
- Strong sourcing and headhunting capability
- Experience managing technical and engineering roles
- Good stakeholder and candidate management skills
- Independent, proactive, and delivery-focused
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience using ATS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
