Position: Senior Registrar – Neonatologist
Qualification: FCPS (Neonatology)
Experience: 5–8 years of post-qualification hospital experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care to newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.
• Supervise and guide junior medical staff, residents, and nurses in neonatal care.
• Collaborate with obstetricians, gynecologists, and pediatric teams to ensure integrated maternal and child healthcare.
• Manage NICU cases with evidence-based practices and protocols.
• Participate in academic activities, training programs, and research initiatives.

Requirements:

• FCPS in Neonatology is mandatory.
• 5–8 years of relevant hospital experience.
• Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
