Position: Senior Registrar – Neonatologist
Qualification: FCPS (Neonatology)
Experience: 5–8 years of post-qualification hospital experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized care to newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.
- Supervise and guide junior medical staff, residents, and nurses in neonatal care.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, gynecologists, and pediatric teams to ensure integrated maternal and child healthcare.
- Manage NICU cases with evidence-based practices and protocols.
- Participate in academic activities, training programs, and research initiatives.
Requirements:
- FCPS in Neonatology is mandatory.
- 5–8 years of relevant hospital experience.
- Strong clinical decision-making and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
