Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager

Job Summary:

EcoElec Energy Systems Bahrain is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Renewable Energy Project Manager to lead renewable energy initiatives from planning through successful implementation. What You'll Do:

• Lead renewable energy projects from initiation, planning, and execution through completion
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, budgets, and operational activities
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project performance, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Support project planning, risk management, and resource allocation activities
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to ensure project success
• Review project documentation, reports, and progress updates
• Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency and delivery performance
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and operational standards
• Provide strategic recommendations to support renewable energy growth initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, renewable energy, engineering, construction, infrastructure, operations, or a related professional environment
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Comfortable analyzing project performance and preparing reports
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and business systems is beneficial
• Relevant education, certifications, training, or equivalent professional experience welcomed
