Senior Repair & Maintenance (R&M) Manager

It’s about protecting assets, building systems, controlling cost, and sustaining uptime at scale. With a 150+ heavy commercial vehicle (18W & 22W) fleet operating across multiple locations, we’re looking for a Senior R&M Manager who can take end-to-end ownership of fleet health and maintenance discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Fleet health monitoring & preventive maintenance planning Breakdown handling with RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) and permanent corrective actions Tyre Management and CPKM tracking & cost Optimization. Vendor, workshop development and management. Accident repairs & insurance claim coordination Leading mechanics & supervisors across sites MIS, reporting & continuous process improvement

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

10+ years in Heavy Commercial Vehicle maintenance (18W&22W) Hands-on leadership of minimum teams with 20+ mechanics / supervisors Mandatory exposure to Tippers, Trailers & Bulkers (18W&22W) Strong field orientation (not a desk-only role) Proven ownership of uptime, cost & maintenance systems Comfortable with MIS, data, vendors & audits Calm decision-maker with a strong ownership mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
