MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE ARE:

1. Drive the market research process through optimizing research briefs, methodologies, and analyses to ensure that the market only receives work of the highest quality.

o Design qualitative and quantitative surveys to ensure data collected is accurate and representative.

o Quality check tracker questionnaires & perform in-depth quality checks at every stage of the process.

o Drive data extraction, analysis and synthesis that focuses on strategic priorities.

o Prepare reports and presentations leveraging a strong knowledge of SPSS analysis software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

2. Contextualize consumer & market insights and translate those into actionable recommendations.

3. Present key findings and recommendations.

4. Provide holistic additional analyses proactively and when needed, by considering all relevant data from various research studies to improve consumer & market understanding and generate foresight.

5. Ensure the most relevant and advanced methodologies are used to facilitate the collection of actionable consumer and brand knowledge.


Qualifications:

Experience:

· Have min 7 years of experience in market research, insights, consumer experience, business intelligence, planning, analytics and/or similar fields.

· Demonstrated success in project management, including multi-market or multi-country research.

Technical Skills:

· Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

· Experience using statistical analysis to solve market research problems such as such as Max-Diff, Turf, Pricing studies (conjoint), Monadic Testing etc.

· Experience using statistical methods to solve business problems such as cluster analysis, factor analysis, Key driver analysis etc.

· Conducting bivariate analysis such as cross tabulations and significance testing (t-tests).

· Familiarity with data harmonization, dashboarding, and reporting automation.

· High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
