Role Summary

A hybrid Research + Strategy + Client Enablement role.
Own qualitative studies end-to-end, generate business-focused insights, and act as a trusted client partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Design discussion guides and research frameworks
• Moderate IDIs, FGDs, and online interviews
• Review transcripts and conduct thematic analysis
• Generate insights and business recommendations
• Build client-ready decks and narratives
• Lead client calls, presentations, and debriefs
• Manage timelines, quality, and stakeholders
• Coordinate with field, recruitment, and operations
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) for analysis and drafting
