Senior Research Operations and Consulting Manager

Job Summary:

Intent Research Advisory Group is seeking a Senior Research Operations and Consulting Manager to oversee research operations, consulting coordination, workflow management, and business support activities within our growing advisory organization in Kuwait City.

This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys coordinating research initiatives, supporting consulting projects, improving operational workflows, and helping teams deliver high-quality business insights in a professional environment. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, research teams, and leadership to support operational performance and project delivery.

What you'll do:

• Oversee daily research operations and consulting coordination activities
• Support planning and execution of research and advisory projects
• Coordinate workflows between research, consulting, operations, and support teams
• Monitor project timelines, operational performance, and workflow efficiency
• Help improve internal systems, reporting processes, and operational workflows
• Assist with scheduling, project tracking, and operational planning activities
• Maintain quality standards across research and consulting operations
• Support leadership with operational initiatives and consulting projects
• Build positive working relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
• Contribute ideas that improve operational performance and project outcomes

Requirements:

• Previous experience in research operations, consulting support, business operations, project coordination, administration, or operational management preferred
• Leadership or team coordination experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and operational priorities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and professional environment
• Familiarity with research coordination, reporting processes, or consulting workflows is beneficial
