We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Reservoir Engineer to lead reservoir evaluation, modeling, and optimization efforts in oil & gas operations, ensuring sustainable and efficient resource development.

Role Overview

The Senior Reservoir Engineer will be responsible for analyzing reservoir performance, developing simulation models, and recommending strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery. This role requires technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Reservoir evaluation: Conduct reservoir characterization, pressure analysis, and decline curve studies.
• Simulation modeling: Develop and maintain reservoir simulation models to forecast production.
• Production optimization: Recommend strategies to enhance recovery and improve reservoir management.
• Data analysis: Interpret well test data, core samples, and seismic information.
• Collaboration: Work closely with geologists, drilling engineers, and production teams.
• Technology adoption: Evaluate and implement advanced reservoir engineering tools and techniques.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, HSE policies, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Reservoir Engineer in oil & gas operations.
• Strong expertise in reservoir simulation software (Eclipse, CMG, Petrel RE).
• Knowledge of enhanced oil recovery techniques and reservoir management practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Advanced degree in Petroleum Engineering or related field preferred.
• Relevant certifications in reservoir engineering or petroleum technology are highly desirable.
