Job Title: Senior Resident

Departments /Speciality

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and manage complex clinical cases.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate junior residents and medical students.
• Collaborate with attending physicians to develop and implement patient treatment plans.
• Participate in daily rounds and present patient cases clearly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and clinical guidelines.
• Engage in continuing medical education and participate in training activities.
• Contribute to clinical research and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide immediate medical attention.

Qualifications

• Qualification and experience as per National Medical Commission (NMC) norms.
• MD / MS / DNB /Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in the concerned speciality from the accredited Institution .
• Completion of a residency program in the relevant specialty.
• Board certification or board eligibility in the specialty.
• Strong clinical skills and up-to-date medical knowledge.
