Electrician / Electrical Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Electrical Technician to join our team. This position requires strong technical ability, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Switch and outlet replacement
• Electrical diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Installation of lighting fixtures and ceiling fans
• Circuit breaker panel upgrades and replacements
• Rough wiring for remodels and new construction projects

Requirements:

• Proficient in residential electrical work listed above
• Ability to work independently and take the lead when necessary
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Clean driving record
• Reliable, presentable vehicle
• Must supply your own hand tools and basic power tools

We work primarily in Laguna Beach, and we take pride in treating our customers like family. Professionalism, friendliness, and strong customer service skills are essential.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional evening or weekend work as needed

Compensation:

• Pay is based on skill level and performance
• This position begins as a 90-day probationary period, with review for long-term placement

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
