We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Retail Sales Executive-Automotive to join our thriving team in Bahrain. This Full-Time position is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to contribute to the success of our automotive division. The ideal candidate will be a leader in the showroom, responsible for driving sales, fostering exceptional customer relationships, and upholding the premium standards of our brand.

Responsibilities
- Proactively manage and lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer engagement to the finalisation of the sale.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team-based sales targets for new and pre-owned vehicles.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide an exceptional customer experience, offering expert advice and guidance on our range of vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Act as a mentor for junior sales staff, providing support, guidance, and sharing best practices to foster team development.
- Contribute to maintaining a professional and welcoming showroom environment that reflects our company's high standards.
- Handle complex negotiations with professionalism and confidence, ensuring a positive outcome for both the customer and the company.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.
- Ensure all sales documentation and administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- Proven 5-7 years of experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in a senior role within the automotive retail industry.
- A strong and demonstrable track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse clientele.
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive products, technology, and the local market in Bahrain.
- Natural leadership qualities with the ability to motivate, mentor, and support team members.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A customer-centric approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service.
- A valid Bahraini driving licence is essential.
