Senior Revenue and Reservations Manager

About the Role:
Kuwait City is known for its growing luxury hospitality sector, and at Malibu Beach Bungalows Resort Hospitality Group, we bring a modern beachfront resort experience to the heart of Al Asimah. We combine premium guest service with data driven revenue strategies to maximize occupancy, pricing performance, and long term profitability. We are looking for a Senior Revenue and Reservations Manager who can take ownership of our revenue strategy and reservation operations. You are not just managing bookings, you are shaping pricing intelligence, demand forecasting, and guest conversion strategy across all channels. You will lead reservation performance, optimize distribution systems, and ensure every booking opportunity is maximized with precision and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy: Develop and execute pricing and revenue optimization strategies to maximize occupancy and RevPAR across all channels.
Reservations Management: Oversee all reservation operations ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high conversion rates.
Channel Management: Manage OTA platforms, direct booking channels, and third party distribution partners.
Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze demand trends, occupancy data, and market conditions to produce accurate revenue forecasts and reports.
Team Leadership: Supervise and train reservations staff to ensure service excellence and operational consistency.
System Optimization: Improve booking systems, automation processes, and revenue management tools for maximum efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6 plus years in hotel revenue management, reservations, or hospitality operations with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Technical Expertise: Strong experience with revenue management systems, channel managers, and hotel booking platforms.
Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic pricing decisions.
Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams in a fast paced hospitality environment.
Communication: Strong English communication skills, Arabic is an advantage but not required.
Mindset: Highly commercial, detail oriented, and focused on maximizing performance through data driven decision making.

Pay: KD1,100.000 - KD1,600.000 per month
