Senior Roofing Estimator

• 5+ years estimating commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, etc)
• 2+ years managing junior estimators, or other team members
• Strong communication skills and ability to resolve conflicts and think critically

Our client is a well-established commercial roofing contractor. We're looking for an experienced Lead Estimator to join the team! What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the estimating team
• Prepare detailed estimates and project proposals
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs
• Help drive departmental goals and performance
• Ensure accurate documentation and project handoffs
