Senior RPA Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process automation, bot development, and RPA lifecycle management, along with strong problem-solving skills to optimize business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. RPA Solution Development:

o Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere.

o Automate rule-based, repetitive business processes across finance, HR, supply chain, etc.

o Work with Excel, PDFs, emails, databases (SQL), APIs, and legacy systems.

2. Process Analysis & Optimization:

o Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.

o Document Process Design Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD).

o Optimize bot performance for scalability and efficiency.

3. Bot Deployment & Maintenance:

o Configure bots, queues, schedules, and exception handling.

o Monitor and troubleshoot RPA bots in production.

o Apply fixes, enhancements, and version upgrades.

4. Integration with AI/ML & Cognitive Tools:

o Implement OCR (ABBYY, Google Vision), NLP, and AI/ML models for intelligent automation.

o Work with Chatbots, Document Understanding, and Decision Automation.

5. CI/CD & DevOps for RPA:

o Implement version control (Git, SVN) for RPA scripts.

o Use Jenkins, Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.

o Deploy bots in virtual environments (VM, Citrix, Cloud RPA).

6. Security & Compliance:

o Follow RPA governance and compliance standards (GDPR, SOX).

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications:

· 7-10 years of hands-on RPA development experience (UiPath/Blue Prism/Automation Anywhere).

· Strong expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, RE Framework (or equivalent in other tools).

· Experience with SQL, REST APIs, .NET/C#, Python, or Java.

· Knowledge of OCR, AI/ML, and cognitive automation.

· Expertise in REST APIs, SQL, JSON, XML

· Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps, and version control (Git, Jenkins).

· Ability to debug and optimize RPA workflows for performance.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
