Create, design, develop, and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems. Automate business processes such as order processing, invoice processing, and digital marketing data analysis. Enhance automation capabilities such as Power Apps, Global Automation Framework, and Process Mining. Debug existing code and perform code testing and reviews until deployment. Create libraries and common components and modules such as SAP transactions and database operations which can be utilized by developers at ifm global for ease of automation. Serve as configuration manager, responsible for code repository and access for all developers. Upgrade and maintain the development and production environment for unattended robots.
Other duties include design, develop, test, and optimize RPA workflows using UiPath; collaborate with development team members to ensure proper implementation and integration of RPA solutions into the company’s program; deploy RPA components including robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools; support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions; perform bug fixes and upgrades to ensure software automation quality; discuss the technical approaches and designs behind the RPA solutions with firm business analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, stakeholders and other cross-functional resources to ensure RPA solutions meet business requirements; create process and end-user documentation; and troubleshoot production issues.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of experience using RPA technologies, including UiPath Studio, REFramework, Orchestrator, and cognitive automation with OCR tools, as well as programming languages (e.g., C#, VB.Net) and scripting languages (e.g., VB Script, Python).
