Position Summary

This role focuses on delivering advanced RSA Archer GRC platform solutions to support enterprise-level risk, compliance, and audit functions. As a Senior Archer Consultant, you will serve as the primary technical and functional advisor to business stakeholders, ensuring scalable, compliant, and high-performing implementations. Your expertise will directly shape the organization's GRC maturity and operational efficiency.

Job Description

In this role, you will lead end-to-end RSA Archer solution design, configuration, and implementation across multiple GRC domains. You will engage closely with business units to translate complex governance and risk requirements into streamlined Archer workflows and applications. This includes building applications, configuring data-driven events, optimizing dashboards, and ensuring data integrity across the platform. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage UAT, system enhancements, integrations, and troubleshooting activities. This is a highly collaborative and hands on consultant role within a fast paced, client facing environment geared toward delivering measurable GRC value.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all RSA Archer platform discussions with business stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Archer solutions.
• Recommend best practice configurations aligned with Archer's capabilities and GRC standards.
• Lead technical implementation of new modules, enhancements, and workflow modifications.
• Configure applications, data driven events, calculations, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide ongoing platform support including performance tuning and issue resolution.
• Oversee end to end testing efforts including system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure platform consistency, data integrity, and adherence to governance frameworks.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong hands on experience with RSA Archer GRC platform configuration and administration.
• Experience in modules such as Risk Management, Audit, Compliance, BCM, and IT Control Assurance.
• Solid understanding of Archer workflows, calculations, DDEs, and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to analyze business requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across configurations, workflows, and data management.
• Exposure to APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture environments.
• Previous UAE or GCC experience is highly desirable.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with Archer integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and data connectors.
• Knowledge of broader GRC frameworks (ISO, NIST, COBIT, etc.).
• Experience in enterprise scale transformation or digital risk programs.
• Familiarity with SQL or scripting for advanced data operations.
• Background in consulting or large regulated environments.
