Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales position located in New Cairo. The Senior Sales role involves daily responsibilities such as developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, overseeing sales operations, training junior sales staff, and achieving sales targets. The individual will work closely with the management team to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales capabilities and experience in Sales Management
• Experience in Training and developing sales teams
• Ability to work on-site in New Cairo
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
