Senior Sales – Equipment and Truck Mounted Solutions
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Visit potential customers to present and promote the company’s full product range (cranes, aerial platforms, truck bodies, and custom superstructures).
- Prepare technical and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations to clients.
- Negotiate, close deals, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, workshop, and after-sales) to ensure accurate specifications and smooth delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–5 years’ experience inheavy equipment, trucks, cranes, hydraulic equipment, or industrial machinery sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to present equipment features and explain technical specifications clearly to customers.
- Confident, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Valid driving license.
