Senior Sales – Equipment and Truck Mounted Solutions

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Visit potential customers to present and promote the company’s full product range (cranes, aerial platforms, truck bodies, and custom superstructures).
  • Prepare technical and commercial offers based on customer requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical explanations to clients.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (engineering, workshop, and after-sales) to ensure accurate specifications and smooth delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2–5 years’ experience inheavy equipment, trucks, cranes, hydraulic equipment, or industrial machinery sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to present equipment features and explain technical specifications clearly to customers.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and goal-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Valid driving license.
