Salary: ₹40000-50000 + Incentives (commensurate with experience and skill set)

Experience: 4-8 years in Corporate Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales & Client Management
  • Handle inbound inquiries for rewards, gifting, and incentive projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
  • Manage high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and schedule appointments.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
  • Order Management
  • Collaborate with the inside sales, marketing, and operations teams to manage customer orders.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Coordinate with clients for order-related queries, ensuring seamless delivery and service.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and follow up on payment collection.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare accurate quotations, product presentations, and customer records.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports to track performance and sales activities.
  • Event Representation
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events, showcasing services and products.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4-8 years in corporate sales, preferably within the gifting, rewards, or incentive sector.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
  • Work Ethic:
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring high-quality execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
