Experience: 4-8 years in Corporate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales & Client Management
- Handle inbound inquiries for rewards, gifting, and incentive projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.
- Manage high-value accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and schedule appointments.
- Customer Engagement
- Maintain consistent communication with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth.
- Order Management
- Collaborate with the inside sales, marketing, and operations teams to manage customer orders.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Coordinate with clients for order-related queries, ensuring seamless delivery and service.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and follow up on payment collection.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare accurate quotations, product presentations, and customer records.
- Generate daily and weekly reports to track performance and sales activities.
- Event Representation
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and events, showcasing services and products.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 4-8 years in corporate sales, preferably within the gifting, rewards, or incentive sector.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet targets under pressure.
