Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Sales Administrator to oversee and streamline our sales operations. This role involves processing online and B2B orders, managing dispatch workflows, preparing detailed sales reports, and maintaining strong customer and B2B client relationships. In addition, the Senior Sales Administrator will lead and supervise a team of junior sales administrators, ensuring operational efficiency and high standards of service across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Order Administration

  • Manage and process online website orders and B2B sales transactions.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Oversee documentation and invoicing for all sales orders.

Team Leadership

  • Supervise, train, and support junior sales administrators in their day-to-day tasks.
  • Allocate tasks and ensure team performance aligns with company goals and deadlines.
  • Provide guidance, monitor progress, and conduct regular team check-ins and reviews.

Customer & B2B Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with B2B clients through excellent service and communication.
  • Ensure prompt handling of post-sale support, customer feedback, and service recovery when necessary.

Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Analyze sales performance, trends, and customer behavior to support strategic decisions.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in sales data to improve sales performance and reporting accuracy.

Operational Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams including sales, marketing, warehouse, and finance for seamless execution of orders.
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively address supply issues.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and ERP systems.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously review and improve sales administration processes to increase efficiency.
  • Implement best practices and SOPs within the team.
  • Lead or support system upgrades or automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role, including team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of order management, dispatch coordination, and B2B sales processes.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team, set priorities, and drive accountability.
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive and solutions-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce).
  • Familiarity with UAE-based logistics and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience in a high-growth FMCG or retail environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
