Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, architects, and institutional buyers Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, hospitality, and government/CSR segments Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and product walkthroughs Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams for accurate project scoping Conduct site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups across assigned territories Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Represent UprearBUILD at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events Candidate Profile Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in construction, real estate, prefabrication, building materials, or infrastructure Graduate in any discipline MBA in Marketing (preferred) Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong negotiation and closing capabilities Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site vis Language Skills: English – Mandatory | Hindi – Mandatory | Gujarati & Marathi – Optional (added advantage) Compensation ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month (based on experience & performance) Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities Why Join UprearBUILD?
