Senior Sales Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee franchisee acquisition and development, ensuring compliance with H3 Preschool policies, including sales, marketing, and quality management standards.
  • Drive lead development and franchise sales for H3 Pre-school, as well as sampling across the entire state of Gujarat.
  • Assist franchise centers in identifying suitable premises, designing the school according to H3 standards, and supporting staff recruitment, training, school launches, and promotional activities.
  • Manage and nurture franchise centers within the state, ensuring effective operations and the optimal performance of employees.
  • Promote the brand image through media advertisements and identify and appoint new business partners to drive sales growth.
  • Monitor market trends and changes, strategizing on how to capitalize on evolving scenarios in line with sales projections and budgetary targets.
  • Report directly to the Zonal Manager (Head Office – Ahmedabad).

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
