Responsibilities:

Drive sales of commercial properties and meet assigned targets.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers.

Understand market trends and provide insights to support sales strategies.

Conduct property tours and present project features to potential clients.


Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.


Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
