OTE: $100K–$250K+ (uncapped)

Engagement: 1099 Independent Contractor | Full-Time Focus

AI Healthcare Marketing is a 30+ year established healthcare marketing agency serving clients across every U.S. state . We specialize primarily in dental marketing , with additional work across medical practices, med spas, veterinarians, and healthcare clinics.

Our reputation is built on integrity, long-term partnerships, and consultative selling — not hard closes. Many of our clients have been with us 10+ years , and our sales team members often stay just as long.

We are now scaling and looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to help us grow responsibly and profitably.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for a consultative, relationship-driven closer who wants to:

  • Build long-term, recurring income

  • Sell a proven, high-retention service

  • Be supported by appointment setters, proposal teams, analysts, and leadership

  • Eventually focus almost entirely on closing , not admin or fulfillment

This is not a churn-and-burn sales role.

What You’ll Be Selling

You will sell digital marketing packages to healthcare practice owners, including:

  • Dental practices (primary focus)

  • Medical clinics

  • Med spas

  • Veterinarians

  • Other healthcare-related businesses

Packages typically range from $2,000+/month , with some clients choosing paid-in-full options ($25K–$50K+) .

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Close inbound leads (website leads, referrals, warm opportunities)

  • Re-engage warm/lapsed clients from an existing database

  • Conduct consultative Zoom-based sales calls

  • Occasionally participate in outbound or referral-based prospecting (especially early on)

Relationship & Referral Building

  • Build and maintain referral partner relationships (CPAs, financial advisors, industry partners)

  • Collaborate with internal business development support

  • Represent the company professionally in local and national conversations

Consultative Selling

  • Educate healthcare owners on:

    • ROI expectations

    • Their role in converting leads

    • Sales process gaps inside their practice

  • Ensure alignment before closing — we do not sell misaligned clients

Support You’ll Receive (This Is a Big Deal)

You will not be doing this alone.

Depending on deal flow, you may be supported by:

  • Appointment setters

  • Proposal and contract specialists

  • SEO and analytics staff

  • Internal business development partners

  • Leadership support from the founder

The better supported our salespeople are, the better they perform — and we invest accordingly.

Ideal Candidate Profile (A-Player Only)

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Consultative (not a hard closer)

  • Passionate about helping clients win

  • Resilient and disciplined

  • Growth-oriented (comfortable pushing beyond $100K)

  • Ethical and reputation-conscious

Experience That Translates Well

  • B2B sales (especially high-ticket or recurring services)

  • Healthcare, dental, or medical-related sales

  • Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, social, lead gen) is a strong plus

  • Backgrounds that evolved from customer service sales do especially well here

We are open to candidates from adjacent industries if they have:

  • Strong consultative sales skills

  • Comfort selling to professionals (doctors, practice owners)

  • Coachability and long-term mindset

Compensation & Upside (Read Carefully)

  • 10% recurring commission on all closed revenue

  • Paid for as long as you remain with the company

  • Example:

    • $2,000/month client = $200/month to you

    • Multiply that across dozens of clients over time

  • Six-month to one-year agreements are standard

  • Renewals are commissionable

  • Paid-in-full deals pay full commission upfront

Top performers earn $200K–$250K+ annually , with income compounding year over year.

If you’re comfortable staying at $100K forever, this is not the right role.

If you want to build something meaningful and scalable, it is.
